I’ve written Adobe, but never got a response other than uninstall and re-install.
It happened on my old Windows machine too. I’m using a late 2012 iMac 27inch with 32GB on Ram. This all started with LR 3 and has continued. Any ideas what could be causing this? I’ve uninstalled and re-installed LR and plug-ins, but it does the same thing. I tried clearing the cashe, but that didn’t work. I have to close LR and then reopen for it to stop. Once I use the plug-in, and start working on the photo again (in Develop module) the sliders become uncontrolable and I keep getting “file loading” message on the screen. It doesn’t matter what plug-in Nik or onOne.
